From custom application development to full-scale IoT transformation — our team brings decades of hands-on OT and software engineering experience to every project.
Four pillars of expertise that take you from factory floor to Industry 4.0
We don't just build MES software — we build whatever your business needs. Web applications, mobile tools, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, APIs. Any industry, any scale.
Bridge the gap between your shop floor and enterprise systems. We design MES architectures that follow ISA-95, ISA-88, and ISA-106 standards — no vendor lock-in.
Turn legacy equipment into connected, intelligent assets. We've retrofitted machines from the 1980s to the 2020s — if it has signals, we can connect it.
ML models are only as good as the data behind them. The sooner you start collecting structured machine data, the sooner AI can drive real improvements on your floor.
Every day your machines run without structured data collection is a day of training data you'll never get back. Competitors who start collecting today will have 6, 12, 18 months of ML-ready data before you even begin.
We've programmed, configured, and integrated these platforms on real production floors
We speak ladder logic, structured text, and function blocks fluently across every major vendor.
From panel-level HMI to enterprise SCADA — we've built solutions at every level.
Our IoT edge gateway mounts on standard DIN rail inside your control cabinet. It maps PLC tags directly to MQTT — bridging your automation network to the cloud with zero PC infrastructure. It also serves as a headless HMI, hosting web-based operator screens that nearby EXOR panels, kiosk displays, or any device with a browser can connect to locally. Configured via SSH or built-in web interface — no custom programming required.
No proprietary HMI runtime needed. Our cloud-based dashboard runs natively in any device's web browser. Here's an example using an EXOR panel — the same approach works with any industrial touchscreen or kiosk.
Industrial panels such as the EXOR ex710m include an embedded web browser that can display modern web-based HMI applications. By simply pointing the browser to your PulseMQ dashboard URL, operators can access batch control, job tracking, machine status, and real-time process values.
In many installations, the panel continues to run its native machine interface (such as JMobile for PLC interaction) while the browser provides access to higher-level MES and operational dashboards. This allows machine control and plant-level information to coexist on the same panel without interfering with the machine's primary control system.
Because the interface is delivered through a web application, the same system can be accessed from industrial panels, tablets, engineering workstations, or plant kiosks — with no additional HMI runtime licenses required. The hardware simply provides the screen and browser. The HMI itself lives in the web application.
Traditional SCADA and HMI platforms often rely on per-seat, per-server, or per-tag licensing models that grow with your plant. These platforms have powered industrial automation for decades and remain a strong choice for many applications.
However, modern web technologies now offer an alternative approach for organizations that want more flexibility and control over their systems. If your team has engineers interested in modern development tools, it is now possible to build custom web-based HMI and visualization platforms that avoid recurring licensing costs while giving your team full ownership of the system.
We help organizations develop secure, web-based industrial applications using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure. These systems are version-controlled using Git, deployed through automated pipelines, and hosted securely on AWS infrastructure. Your team owns the code, controls the roadmap, and can evolve the system without depending on vendor licensing or upgrade cycles.
A growing number of automation engineers are incorporating tools like Node-RED, CODESYS, Docker, and modern web frameworks into their automation environments. These are production-grade technologies supported by large developer communities and used across industries worldwide.
Concerned about long-term maintainability? Git preserves every change and decision, while modern infrastructure tools like AWS IAM and CI/CD pipelines allow new engineers to safely deploy updates with confidence. As development tools continue to evolve — including AI-assisted engineering — building and maintaining custom industrial software is becoming increasingly accessible. This isn't a distant future. It's already happening.
We meet you where you are — whether that's a greenfield build or a 30-year-old plant
We evaluate your current equipment, network infrastructure, and data maturity. You get a clear, prioritized roadmap — what to do first, what it costs, and what ROI to expect at each stage.
Running legacy SCADA, outdated PLCs, or a homegrown system that's showing its age? We plan and execute upgrades with minimal production disruption.
We don't disappear after go-live. Our team provides ongoing support, operator training, and continuous improvement consulting to keep you moving forward.
We work with the platforms you already have — and we're certified on the ones that matter most
We are a Gold Certified Integrator for Inductive Automation's Ignition platform. Whether you're building new Ignition projects, migrating from legacy SCADA, or need custom module development — we bring certified expertise to every engagement.
As an AWS certified team, we design and deploy cloud infrastructure that meets industrial requirements for reliability, security, and scale. From IoT Core to serverless compute, we build on AWS every day.
Ignition and AWS are our certified specialties, but we don't stop there. Allen Bradley, Siemens, Emerson, Beckhoff, B&R, Mitsubishi, EXOR, FactoryTalk, GE, Wonderware — whatever platform your plant runs, we integrate with it. No vendor bias, no limits. If it's on your floor, we work with it.
Whether you need a full IoT transformation or just want to connect one machine — we'll give you an honest assessment and a clear path forward.
